Ingredients
Carrot and quinoa salad
3 cups quinoa
3 carrots
shaved
½ red onion
diced
1 whole head broccoli
chopped into 1cm bites
2 Tbsp raisins
parsley
or coriander, chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Pepper & Me "Man Grind" Salt Blend
2 Tbsp Pepper & Me "The Mother Dukkah"
feta cheese
for garnish

To assemble

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss together.
