Beef Burgers
4 Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties

1 red onion
thinly sliced
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
4 brioche buns
200g mozzarella cheese
thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tsp American mustard
1 cups lettuce
soft leaves
1 avocado
thinly sliced
6 gherkins
thinly sliced
Method
For the Burgers

Preheat the grill to its highest setting.

Combine the onion and vinegar in a bowl and toss together. Leave for 10 minutes to lightly pickle. Drain before using.

Split the buns and lightly toast under the grill.

Pan fry the burgers from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Place the cooked patties on a baking tray and top with the mozzarella. Place under the grill until the cheese is melting.

Spread the bun bases and tops with mayo and a swirl of mustard. Place the lettuce on the bases then the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties.

Layer up with avocado, onions and sliced gherkin.
