To Cook Patties
1

To prepare the patties, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix for a good 3-4 minutes or until everything is combined and the mixture starts to stick.

2

Roll into balls roughly 80g in weight then press down flat with the palm of your hand to make a nice patty shape.

3

Grill over a wood or coal fire on a high temperature for roughly 3 mins per side for extra added smoky flavour.

4

Alternatively, heat a skillet or BBQ grill to medium high heat and place patties on grill and cook for roughly 4-5 minutes per side.

To Assemble
1

While the patties are cooking, toast your buns under a grill until lightly golden brown, then set aside.

2

Once the patties are cooked, it is time to assemble your burgers.

3

Assemble the burgers by placing the beef burger patties on the toasted bottom bun, topping with with lettuce, feta cheese, pesto, capsicums and mushrooms or your choice of favourite fillings.
