8 small Quality Mark lamb loin chops
Marinade
4 garlic cloves
crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
chopped
1 Tbsp of runny honey
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
