Ingredients
8 small Quality Mark lamb loin chops
4 garlic cloves
crushed1/4 cup olive oil
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
chopped1 Tbsp of runny honey
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
couscous (cooked)

Method
In a bowl, combine the garlic, oil, zest, juice, herbs, rosemary, and honey.
Place the lamb chops into a large flat dish. Brush with the marinade turning to cover both sides. Cover and sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Heat a barbeque or large frying pan to medium heat.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness. Brush with any excess marinade while they cook.
Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
