You can keep it simple with classic beef and cheese or add extras like pickles, onions, or even a dollop of mustard for extra flavour. 250g Quality Mark beef mince
⅓ cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
½ onion
diced
¼ cup gherkins

2 Tbsp burger sauce
finely chopped chives

Method
Method
1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2
Line muffin tins with two wrappers, crossed so they stick up like a star. Continue with the remainder of the tray until they're all done.
3
Lightly spray with oil and bake for 6 minutes, then leave to cool in the tins. They may bubble up, this is normal.
4
In a hot pan, cook the mince, breaking it up as you go.
5
When it’s nearly done, take off the heat and gently stir through the cheese.
6
Fill each wonton cup with the cheese mince mixture. Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes and then remove from the oven.
