Beef and vegetable kebabs

Feast on a mouthwatering kebab with this succulent recipe! Tender cubes of beef rump are marinated in a rich blend of sauces and spices, creating a symphony of flavours. The kebabs are then threaded with vibrant red and green peppers, and luscious red onions, adding a burst of colour and sweetness. Ingredients
600g Quality Mark rump steaks
cut into 2cm cubes1 red capsicum
cut into 2cm cubes1 green capsicum
cut into 2cm cubes1 red onion
cut into 2cm cubes
2 garlic cloves
crushed2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Method
In a bowl, combine the garlic, soy, olive oil, cumin, coriander, sugar vinegar, salt and pepper.
Place the beef into a large bowl, pour over the marinade and leave to sit for at least 40 minutes or overnight.
Onto skewers place the beef, capsicum and red onion alternatively until all used. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Preheat a barbeque or frying pan to medium heat. Cook the skewers on each side for 4 or 5 minutes until cooked to your liking.
Serve hot with a green salad on the side.
