Bacon and brie are a match made in heaven as toppings for a juicy beef burger. We used Premium Angus Beef Burger Patties, straight from the freezer for an easy and super tasty meal. Indulgent and oh so good, especially with a large pickle on the top!

When the patties are cooked, remove them from the oven and drape some slices of Brie over the top of each one. Return them to the oven on a low heat and let the cheese melt gently while you build your burgers.

Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the base of each bun. Top with a good handful of lettuce, some sliced tomato and two bacon rashers. Add the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patty, a couple of onion rings and then squeeze over some barbecue sauce if desired.
