1 capsicum
seeded and diced
1/2 onion
diced
2 garlic cloves
sliced
2cm fresh ginger

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp cornstarch
mix with 1/2 cup water

1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1.5 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp hua diao wine
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Black pepper sauce
1 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
