Delicious flavours come together when you combine tender, juicy smoked steak and onions with melted cheese. Load it onto a sub roll and prepare to be amazed.
We used sirloin steak but please don't over cook it - you want the steak juicy and tender, so it's best to have everything ready to go before you start cooking. They quickly come together and are best served piping hot.
