To Assemble

Vietnamese Dressing: Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a bowl to dissolve the sugar. Taste and add more sugar, fish sauce, lime juice or chilli to suit your liking.

Balsamic Dressing: Place ingredients in a jar or container and shake well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Green Goddess: Blend ingredients in food processor until smooth.

Honey Mustard: Combine and mix well.

Citrus Vinaigrette: Combine and mix well.

Sesame Dressing: Combine and mix well.

Smoky Paprika: Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.

Mint Yoghurt: Combine and mix well.

Mayonnaise: Mix ingredients in a small bowl.

Sriracha Mayo: Mix ingredients in a small bowl.

Pesto: Blend ingredients until chopped thoroughly.
