Ingredients

  • 4 Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Pattiesi

  • ½ cucumber

    peeled into ribbons
  • 2 tomatoes

    sliced
  • 1 Turkish bread loaf

    use gluten-free
  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 red onion

    sliced into rings
  • 2 cups Greek style yoghurt

  • 1 lemon

    Zest and Juice
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

    roughly chopped

Pan fry the Angel Bay Gluten Free patties from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

To make the tzatziki, combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.
