peeled into ribbons
2 tomatoes

1 Turkish bread loaf

1 cup baby spinach
1 red onion
sliced into rings
2 cups Greek style yoghurt
1 lemon
Zest and Juice
1/2 cup mint leaves
roughly chopped

Pan fry the Angel Bay Gluten Free patties from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
