Ingredients
4 Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Pattiesi
½ cucumber
peeled into ribbons2 tomatoes
sliced1 Turkish bread loaf
use gluten-free1 cup baby spinach
1 red onion
sliced into rings2 cups Greek style yoghurt
1 lemon
Zest and Juice1/2 cup mint leaves
roughly chopped
Method
Pan fry the Angel Bay Gluten Free patties from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

To make the tzatziki, combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.
Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.
