4 Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties

1 cup baby spinach
12 cherry tomatoes
blacken the skins
4 slices sourdough
1 cup baby spinach
2 avocados
smashed
80g feta cheese
crumbed
olive oil

For the Sandwich

Pan fry the Angel Bay Gluten Free patties from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
