This unbelievably easy lamb shank recipe is made mouthwateringly tasty with Sone's Satay Sauce - this dish will impress the guests and then some!

Ingredients
4 Quality Mark lamb shanks
4 Tbsp Sone's Peanut Satay Sauce
2 Tbsp soy saucei
1 onion
diced3 garlic cloves
crushed200ml coconut milk
1 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp fish sauce
a dash sesame oil
2 large carrots
julienned2 spring onions
handful fresh coriander
1 handful fresh minti
finely sliced
1 broccoli
roughly chopped into florets1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp fresh coriander
roasted unsalted peanuts
mung bean sprouts
Jasmine rice

Method
Drizzle the soy sauce over the Lamb shanks.
Heat the pan and brown the lamb shanks, for about 10 minutes.
Place them into a crockpot or slow cooker.
In the same pan add the chopped onion and add sliced garlic, cook until golden.
Add the onion and garlic to the lamb shanks.
Add satay sauce and 200ml coconut milk.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or 6 hours on low, until tender.
Serve with the carrot slaw, broccoli and steamed rice.
In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, fish sauce and a little sesame oil.
Once ready to serve, toss the carrots and onions with the dressing and serve immediately.
Steam florets until tender and bright green. Serve hot tossed through lime juice and fresh coriander.
