Super simple, these three ingredient bagels are fluffy on the inside and take no time to pull together. You don't need any complicated skills, just the ability to mix and knead a little bit. We love them with everything bagel seasoning, but the world is your oyster. A little grated parmesan, or a sprinkle of dried herbs would also be delicious. We love them for using up leftovers like leftover steak - they're also great with leftover mince. Pro tip: you can also cook these in the air fryer - just with the same temperature and for about 20 minutes.
