Ingredients
1 pack (220g) Silver Fern Farms Beef Flat-Iron Steaki
olive oil
to rub2 small cos lettuces
washed1 cup of cherry tomato
halved½ cup fresh coriander
½ cup Thai basil leaf
½ cup mint leaves
2 spring onions
thinly sliced1 cup mung bean sprouts
chillii
red and green, sliced and fresh
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 lemon
zest2 tsp honey
Method
Remove Silver Fern farms Beef Flat-Iron Steaks from fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Drizzle Flat-Iron Steaks with olive oil and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
To make the dressing, mix the fish sauce, lemon zest, and honey together and season to taste.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-to-high heat.
Cook beef for 3-4 minutes each side or to your liking.
Remove from heat, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except chillies in a large serving bowl.
Pile salad on a serving dish.
Slice steaks across the grain and arrange on salad.
Drizzle with dressing and garnish with fresh chillies.
