1/2 head broccoli
divided into florets
150g green beans
sliced
125g button mushrooms
wiped and halved if large
3 spring onions
trimmed and finely sliced
1 red chilli
deseeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Marinade
2.5cm piece fresh ginger
peeled and grated
1 garlic clove
crushed
2 Tbsp peanut oil
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
