Shredded brussels sprouts with bacon are a quick and easy side dish. The recipe only uses a few ingredients and comes together quickly. It's always a huge hit!

Ingredients
500g Brussels sprouts
shredded
3 spring onions
finely sliced
3 slices of bacon
roughly chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
toasted
25g butter
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Method
To Cook Dish

In a large fry pan cook the bacon until crisp and chop into smaller pieces.

In the same pan (without washing) melt the butter then add the Brussels sprouts and spring onions.

Cook over a medium heat until the sprouts are tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, mix through the bacon and pine nuts just prior to serving.
