Salsa Verde
10g basil leaves
33g mint leaves
20g parsley
½ lemon
zest and juice
16g capers
10g Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves
crushed
120ml olive oil
Method
For the Sauce

Blitz everything together in a blender or grind in a mortar and pestle.
