Ingredients

  • 3 cups quinoa

  • 3 carrots

    shaved
  • ½ red onion

    diced
  • 1 whole head broccoli

    chopped into 1cm bites
  • 2 Tbsp raisins

  • parsley

    or coriander, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Pepper & Me "Man Grind" Salt Blend

  • 2 Tbsp Pepper & Me "The Mother Dukkah"

  • feta cheese

    for garnish
