Ingredients
200g pulled beef
1 Tbsp olive oil
baguette
cut in half1 carrots
cut into strips, julienne peeler1/3 cucumber
sliced1 radish
sliced1 tsp garlic clove
crushed1 tsp fresh ginger
crushed or finely chopped1 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves
chopped1 Tbsp mayonnaisei
Method
Slice all vegetables.
Slice the half French stick down middle and into two even parts.
Add olive oil to a non-stick fry-pan. Fry ginger and garlic in pan on a medium heat for 1 minute, then stir through pulled beef for a few mins until mixed through and heated.
Fill rolls with beef and vegetables.
Optional: : squeeze Japanese mayonnaise over filling and garnish with fresh coriander as desired.
