Ingredients

  • 200g pulled beef

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • baguette

    cut in half
  • 1 carrots

    cut into strips, julienne peeler
  • 1/3 cucumber

    sliced
  • 1 radish

    sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic clove

    crushed
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

    crushed or finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves

    chopped
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaisei

Method

Slice all vegetables.

Slice the half French stick down middle and into two even parts.

Add olive oil to a non-stick fry-pan. Fry ginger and garlic in pan on a medium heat for 1 minute, then stir through pulled beef for a few mins until mixed through and heated.

Fill rolls with beef and vegetables.

Optional: : squeeze Japanese mayonnaise over filling and garnish with fresh coriander as desired.
