Ingredients

Potato, Swede & Horseradish Mash
  • 4-6 Agria potatoesi

  • 1 swede

    peeled and diced into 2cm cubes
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish

  • 1/4 cup milki

  • 2 Tbsp parsley

    chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Potato & Kūmara Mash
  • 4-6 Agria potatoesi

  • 2 kumara

    peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream

  • 1/4 cup vegetable stocki

  • 2 Tbsp mint leaves

    chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Potato & Carrot Mash
  • 4-6, washed and roughly chopped Agria potatoesi

  • 3, washed and chopped carrots

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • A pinch of black pepper

Method

Potato, Swede & Horseradish Mash

Boil the potatoes and swede until soft.

Drain and mash with the horseradish and milk until smooth.

Stir through the parsley and season with black pepper.

Potato & Kūmara Mash

Boil the potatoes and kūmara until soft.

Drain and mash with the sour cream and stock until smooth .

Sprinkle over the mint and season with black pepper.

Potato & Carrot Mash

Boil the potatoes and carrots until soft.

Drain and mash with the butter and milk until smooth.

3

Season with black pepper.
