With Carrot, Kumara or Horseradish

A family favourite for a reason, enjoy these different spins on mashed potatoes and keep the whole whanau happy.
Ingredients
4-6 Agria potatoesi
1 swede
peeled and diced into 2cm cubes1 Tbsp horseradish
1/4 cup milki
2 Tbsp parsley
chopped1/2 tsp black pepper
4-6 Agria potatoesi
2 kumara
peeled and roughly chopped1 Tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable stocki
2 Tbsp mint leaves
chopped1/2 tsp black pepper
4-6, washed and roughly chopped Agria potatoesi
3, washed and chopped carrots
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
A pinch of black pepper
Method
Boil the potatoes and swede until soft.
Drain and mash with the horseradish and milk until smooth.
Stir through the parsley and season with black pepper.
Boil the potatoes and kūmara until soft.
Drain and mash with the sour cream and stock until smooth .
Sprinkle over the mint and season with black pepper.
Boil the potatoes and carrots until soft.
Drain and mash with the butter and milk until smooth.
Season with black pepper.
