Ingredients
500g Quality Mark beef mince
1 small onion
finely chopped
1 egg
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 tomato
sliced
lettuce
1 carrots
grated
4-6 white bread rolls
Method
To Make Burgers

Mix first five ingredients together in a small bowl.

Combine well and shape into small meat patties, toss lightly in plain flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook patties for approximately 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside.

Place on a soft roll with tomato, lettuce and grated carrot.
