Ingredients
500g Quality Mark beef mince
420g baked beans
2 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp mixed herbs
4 Tbsp tomato sauce
Method
Combine all of the ingredients together by pulsing in a food processor.
Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin.
Bake at 160°C for 1 hour.
Cool in the tin for 10-15 minutes before turning out.
Cut into pieces and serve with chopped vegetables.
These small pieces of meatloaf might also be enjoyed as finger foods.
