8 Quality Mark lamb cutlets
2 Tbsp Grove avocado oil
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp fresh mint
4 garlic cloves
½ red onion
salt and pepper
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to your preference.
Place lamb chops in a large zip lock bag, pour marinade over and close bag.
Massage into lamb and marinate for one hour.
Cook on a grill pan or BBQ.
