Ingredients

  • 10 mandarins

    peeled, segmented and halved
  • 4 kiwifruit

    peeled and chopped
  • 1 red capsicum

    diced
  • 1 yellow capsicum

    diced
  • 1/2 red onion

    chopped
  • 1-2 small chilliesi

    seeds removed and sliced
  • juice of 1 lime

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • a few fresh coriander leaves

    chopped

Method

Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to coat all ingredients.
