10 mandarins
peeled, segmented and halved4 kiwifruit
peeled and chopped1 red capsicum
diced1 yellow capsicum
diced1/2 red onion
chopped1-2 small chilliesi
seeds removed and slicedjuice of 1 lime
juice of 1 lemon
a few fresh coriander leaves
chopped

Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to coat all ingredients.
