Ingredients
10 mandarins
peeled, segmented and halved
4 kiwifruit
peeled and chopped
1 red capsicum
diced
1 yellow capsicum
diced
1/2 red onion
chopped
1-2 small chillies

juice of 1 lime
juice of 1 lemon
a few fresh coriander leaves
chopped
Method
To Make Salad

Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to coat all ingredients.
