Perfect for busy nights or when you just can’t face another round of chopping, this stir-fry is packed with protein, colour, and lively ginger goodness. Using pre-cut lamb strips and a handy sauce shortcut, you’ll have a sizzling meal on the table faster than you can say “takeaway.” Whether you’re tossing in fresh veggies from the fridge or raiding the freezer for a quick mix, this recipe is designed for ultimate flexibility, no fancy prep required.
Serve it over rice, noodles, or even in lettuce wraps for a lighter twist. With endless options for add-ins and garnishes, you can make it as mild or as fiery as you like.
Ingredients
400 g Lamb stir fry
1 tsp cornflour
1 egg
lightly beaten2 Tbsp Good Chow Everything Sauce
2 tsp fresh ginger
grated2 tsp sesame oil
3 - 4 cups mixed vegetablesi
chilli flakesi
white ricei
Method
Prep the sauce in a small bowl, mix the Good Chow Everything Sauce and cornflour with 2 Tbsp water.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle the cornflour over the lamb strips and add the egg. Thoroughly mix together until each strip is well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Add the lamb strips and cook for 5 minutes, turning each one over halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and toss through the everything sauce.
Add the vegetables in one layer to the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes.
Serve the lamb and vegetables on top of steamed rice, and garnished with chilli flakes, sesame seeds or spring onions if you like.
No noodles or rice? Serve in lettuce wraps or over couscous. Want it sweeter? Add a splash of orange juice or pineapple chunks into the sauce. Need it spicier? Stir in chili oil or sriracha with the sauce.
