Ingredients
4 Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Pattiesi
8 bao buns
2 tsp Chipotle hot sauce
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 cups red cabbage
shredded1 Lebanese cucumber
julienne30g fresh coriander
roughly chopped4 tsp hoisin sauce
kosher salt
black pepper
Method
Pan fry the Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patties rom frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Prepare bao buns according to instructions on the packet.
Mix chipotle sauce and mayonnaise together.
Fill the bun with shredded red cabbage, ½ a lamb patty, cucumber, and coriander.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the hoisin sauce and chipotle mayo and enjoy!
