Ingredients

Kiwifruit winter salad
  • 5 cups baby spinach leaves

  • kiwifruit

    peeled and chopped
  • 2 large celery stalks

    thinly sliced
  • pear

    quartered and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup pecan nuti

  • ½ cup feta cheese

Dressing
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp mustard

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • ¼ tsp salt

In a small bowl combine the dressing ingredients.
