Ingredients
5 cups baby spinach leaves
kiwifruit
peeled and chopped2 large celery stalks
thinly slicedpear
quartered and thinly sliced½ cup pecan nuti
½ cup feta cheese
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp mustard
juice of 1 lemon
¼ tsp salt
Method
In a small bowl combine the dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients and drizzle the dressing on top. Toss to combine and serve.
