Grilled pineapple and slaw beef burger

Add some tropical flair to your burger with a juicy grilled pineapple and some spicy slaw. Dial the chilli up or down depending on how you like your heat.
Using Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties straight from the freezer means you'll have a delicious meal on the table in no time.
Ingredients
4 Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Pattiesi
4 burger buns
4 Tbsp tomato relishi
8 pineapple slices
2 cups green cabbage
sliced1 red chilli
finely chopped1 lemon
juiced6 Tbsp mayonnaise
Method
Remove the patties from the packaging before cooking.
Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties from frozen.
If Air Frying: cook on 180°C for 13-14 minutes, turning partway through. Heating times may vary depending on the number of patties and air fryer power.
If Pan Frying: If frying, cook on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
If cooking in the Oven: Preheat to 200°C and cook on fan bake for 16-18 minutes, turning partway through.
If Microwaving: Microwave (1000w) each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. Rest for 1-2 minutes. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and microwave power).
Split and lightly toast the burger buns under the grill.
Slice the pineapple and place under the grill until golden on each side.
Combine cabbage, chilli, juice of a lemon and 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise for the slaw.
Spread a generous layer of tomato relish on the bottom bun, place patty, pineapple and slaw.
Spread mayonnaise on the bun's top, replace and you're ready to serve.
Serve with your favourite wedges or potato chips.
