1 pack (220g) Silver Fern Farms Beef Flat-Iron Steak

to rub
2 small cos lettuces
washed
1 cup of cherry tomato
halved
½ cup fresh coriander
½ cup Thai basil leaf
½ cup mint leaves
2 spring onions
thinly sliced
1 cup mung bean sprouts

2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 lemon
zest
2 tsp honey

Remove Silver Fern farms Beef Flat-Iron Steaks from fridge and packaging and allow to bloom at room temperature for 10 minutes.
