Ingredients

  • 500g Quality Mark beef mince

  • 2 cans chilli bean

    One can of hot chilli beans and one can of mild chilli beans
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp beef stocki

To Serve
  • corn chips

  • grated cheese

  • sour cream

Method

For the Beef and Beans

In a hot frying pan brown the mince and crumble with a fork or masher.

Stir in both cans of beans, the chopped tomatoes, stock powder and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thick.

To Serve

Pile the chips into individual bowls or onto a large platter, spoon over the meat mixture.

Top with grated cheese and pop under the grill until the cheese is melted.

Add some big dollops of sour cream.

If making burrito's, warm flour tortillas, spoon beef and bean filling down the middle, add seasonal salad – lettuce, tomato and cucumber in summer, a slaw in the winter, some grated cheese, sour cream if desired and roll up.
