Full of fresh flavours, this Easy Avocado Salsa recipe is a perfect blend of creamy avocados, fresh tomatoes, zesty lime juice, and coriander. This easy-to-make salsa is an ideal accompaniment for your tacos, nachos, or as a healthy dip.

Ingredients
3 avocados
diced5 medium tomatoes
diced1 medium red onion
chopped1 red chilli
de-seeded and finely diced (optional)1 garlic clove
crushed½ cup fresh coriander
chopped3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lime juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Method
Place avocado, tomato, onion, chilli, coriander and garlic into a bowl and combine.
In a separate small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and lime juice.
Pour mixture over the salad and toss gently to evenly coat. Serve with corn chips, over a salad or with your favourite Mexican dish.
