If you’re looking for a tasty, easy-to-make meal, corned beef is the perfect choice. Made from silverside, corned beef is ideal for sandwiches, casseroles, and traditional dishes. The slow-cooking method ensures the meat is tender and juicy, making it a satisfying addition to any meal. Whether served with cabbage and potatoes or as part of a hearty stew, corned beef offers both convenience and comfort. We love to use leftover corned beef in our brunch beef hash the following day.
