Ingredients

Salad
  • 2 cups red cabbage

    finely sliced
  • 2 cups green cabbage

    finely sliced
  • 4 carrots

    julienned, grated or thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup parsley

    roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup seeds

    mixed, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, etc
Dressing
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove

    minced

Method

In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, parsley, and mixed seeds.
