Ingredients
Beef Patty
500g Quality Mark beef mince
1 onion
finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried basil
1 egg
A pinch of black pepper
To Serve
4 burger buns
tomato
slice of bacon
lettuce
4 fried eggs
Method
To Make The Burger

In a bowl combine 500g of beef mince, a finely chopped brown onion, salt, paprika, coriander, basil, a pinch of black pepper and 1 egg.

Once combined, shape into four equally sized patties.

Heat your pan to a medium high heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

To assemble your burger place fresh lettuce, tomato, lettuce, bacon, fried egg and your choice of condiments.
