Ingredients
Potato skewers
15 new potatoes

mixed herbs
garlic salt
black pepper
olive oil
Method
To make skewers

Boil potatoes until almost cooked through (about 10 minutes), remove from heat and drain.

Thread potatoes onto skewers and brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and herbs.

Cook on the BBQ for about 10 minutes or until caramelised and crispy.

Serve with fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
