Bang bang broccoli
The ultimate side dish for New Zealand beef

Broccoli that's lightly charred and then tossed through a creamy spicy sauce that packs a total punch. Easy and affordable, it makes for the best side dish with a pile of beef kebabs or tender slices of New Zealand lamb. A sprinkle of almonds adds crunch and healthy fats too.

Ingredients
1 head broccoli
cut into florets¼ cup slivered almonds
or cashewsjuice of 1 lime
parsley
chopped2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup Greek style yoghurt
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
4 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place broccoli onto an oven tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Spread the pieces equally and bake for 20 minutes or until broccoli is golden and crispy.
In a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients.
Place broccoli into a serving bowl or plate and top with almonds, lime juice and parsley.
Serve warm with serving sauce.
