Ingredients

  • 4 avocados

  • 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes

    halved
  • 6 bocconcini

    halved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • balsamic vinegar

  • a small handful of basil leaves

  • A pinch of black pepper

Method

Place the avocado halves on serving tray.
