Ingredients
4 Angel Bay Gourmet Beef and Cheese Pattiesi
4 brioche buns
4 Tbsp tomato relish
1 cup red cabbage
finely sliced1 cup green cabbage
finely sliced1/4 cup Italian parsley
finely sliced1 red onioni
finely sliced1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek style yoghurt
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
Toss together the red & green cabbage, parsley and onion.
Make the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Stir enough dressing through the slaw to hold the it together.
To pan fry, cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Beef and Cheese Patties from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning over 3-4 minutes.

Split the burger buns and lightly toast on the grill.
Assemble the burger with a generous layer of tomato relish on the bottom bun, place the pattie, a handful of slaw and replace the bun's top.
Serve with your favourite wedges.
