Ingredients

  • 20 Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballsi

  • 1/2 packet spaghetti pasta

  • 2 cups tomato passata

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves

  • 4 tsp Parmesan cheese

  • kosher salt

  • black pepper

  • 1/2 cup basil leaves

Method

Pan fry Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs from frozen on a medium heat for 14-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Boil water, add salt and cook pasta until cooked and firm to the bite, strain and coat with olive oil, so it doesn't stick together.

Heat passata sauce in a pot with olive oil and oregano.

Place spaghetti on plate, top with passata sauce followed by the meatballs.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
