I've got a serious passion for wholesome real food, I'm definitely a food lover first and foremost. My aim is to show people that healthy food can be utterly delicious and full of joy.
I've worked in hospitality extensively; in Melbourne, New York and Auckland. I helped open and then ran the wonderful Golden Dawn bar in Auckland for it's first two years. I've had the pleasure of MCing the Chefs Kitchen at Taste Of Auckland for the last couple of years. Outside of this, I also periodically run my own wholefood workshops and cooking demos.
My writing and photography work has appeared in Dish Magazine, Fashion Quarterly, Homestyle, Remix Magazine, Green Ideas, Little Treasures and more.
