Angelina Peters

After growing up in Poland in a family that cultivated Polish culinary traditions, Angelina Peters immigrated to New Zealand in 2014. The busy mother of three has continued her culinary journey and now juggles working in a busy restaurant with her own catering business, ‘Taste of Poland’.

She loves making recipes from her Babcia’s (grandmother’s) old recipe books, along with creating new recipes with a Polish twist. She says that ‘home cooking is an art’ and loves sharing her passion for the food from her home country and inspiring others to discover new tastes. Smacznego – Enjoy your meal.
