Andrew Clarke is a renowned chef in the Waikato and has made his name in some of the city’s most prominent restaurants before broadening his abilities in Melbourne working under celebrity British chef Justin Derrick in the Marque Hotel and as Chef de Partie in Treasury Restaurant at the Sebel.

Now heading the team at Camarosa, in the Waikato, Andrew specialises in creating classical food with a contemporary twist that showcases the bold and delectable flavours of the Waikato region.
