Spring into action with lamb for dinner

Spring is here, and with it comes longer evenings, fresher produce and the perfect excuse to shake up your dinner routine. These lamb recipes are bursting with colour, flavour, and the best of the season.

From full flavoured tacos to fragrant freekeh bowls and crispy lamb shawarma, each dish brings something a little different to the table. Whether you’re making the most of leftovers or planning a special weekend meal, there’s something here to inspire your next dinner. Let’s spring into action with lamb, of course.

These tacos are a true classic. You can shortcut with a store bought coleslaw but don't skip the chipotle mayo - it'll change your Taco Tuesday!

These babies are perfection if you’ve got leftover roast lamb. Otherwise, they’re the best excuse to roast a leg of lamb… as if you need another one.

This is bright, vibrant and so good, especially when shoulder chops are on special. The couscous salad holds up well in the fridge for a few days too, so you make or prep it ahead of time.

Let’s get freekeh with it! A grain that can be found next to the couscous at the supermarket, it’s a hearty salad that hits the balance between light and hearty perfectly for spring.

Portobello mushrooms and lamb? Sign us up! Tuck into flatbreads with lightly pickled veggies, this is a great dinner for al fresco dining, if the weather allows.

A simple marinade of balsamic vinegar is what makes these bowls sing! The veggies don’t have to exact, use what you have but make sure it’s vibrant and varied.

This salad is so flexible, just throw in whatever vegetables you’ve got in the fridge and you’ve got a winner. We love it with leftover lamb as well as leftover steak!

Head to the Mediterranean with this hearty and delicious salad that celebrates the wonderful produce that appears in spring.
