We love food on a stick, we love it’s convenience, the casualness of eating with your hands immediately exhibits a relaxed and easy dinner. Of course, you can buy these from your butcher or the supermarket but making them at home is relatively simple and inexpensive.

Here’s our collection of our favourite kebab recipes, perfect for BBQ season and fast dinners midweek.

Hot tip: If you're using bamboo skewers, it's best to soak them for at least 30 minutes beforehand. This is to prevent them from burning and breaking apart while cooking.
