After a hard day training, Stacey knows that this meal is easy to whip up and it will satisfy. The balsamic glaze and parmesan roast veggies add a little something special to a classic lamb chop dinner.

When Tone cooks for his family, he's looking for something that will fuel growing bodies and minds. He need not look any further than this beef stir fry which is packed with protein. Remove the chillis and his twins would happily eat it, greens and all!

Eric and his son are real foodies and they love their lean red meat. Lamb ribs on the barbecue are Eric's go-to, but this lamb burger comes close. It's loaded with hummus and yoghurt to increase the amount of protein as well as heaps of veggies for a balanced meal. Serve the roast carrots in the burger or on the side with a salad, and dinner is made!

This dish is a staple in Caitlin's household. She even makes the two-ingredient flatbreads and pickled red onion herself. The best part is that everyone can load up their own flatbread with the fragrant lamb and then pile on whatever veggies and toppings they like. Even a fussy toddler will wolf this one down!
