2 cups red cabbage

2 cups green cabbage
finely sliced
4 carrots
julienned, grated or thinly sliced
¼ cup parsley
roughly chopped
¾ cup seeds
mixed, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, etc
Dressing
1 tsp lemon zest
juice of 1 lemon
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
minced
Method
for slaw

In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, parsley, and mixed seeds.
